A Space That's Yours

Booking a hire at our St Clair whare gives you exclusive access to the entire space, giving you the privacy and freedom for your gathering. The space features ample natural light, minimal interior furnishings, and modern facilities that are suited to both intimate and extended gatherings.

It’s a perfect spot for any kaupapa that requires a generous recreational area, such as offsite meetings, group facilitation sessions, and children’s birthday parties.

Recreational Area

Our recently upgraded St Clair whare boasts a large recreational area, with plenty of space to seat up to 30 people, depending on the layout. Complete with a TV monitor and whiteboard, it is a spacious choice designed for group gatherings, offsite meetings, and small celebrations.

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen is included with every hire. It includes a double-door refrigerator and freezer, induction stovetop, an oven, double-basin sink, a dishwasher, air-fryers, a toaster, a hot-water zip, cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery, and serving platters. There is also a drink-making station for quick cups of coffee and tea. Just bring your own catering!

The Neighbourhood

Located on Victoria Road, our St Clair venue is just footsteps away from the beach, accessible from behind the building. A 10-minute walk across the sand leads into the Esplanade quarter, home to some of Dunedin's beloved spots like Starfish Cafe & Bar, Esplanade Restaurant, Spirit House, and Sorella Gelato, and the St Clair playground.
